2 stage RO System with EDI System for Cosmetics factory application

This 2 stage RO System with EDI System will ship to Nepal, it’s for cosmetics manufacturers, with the capacity of 1000LPH Pure Water.
The Control System has Scimens PLC and Touch Screen.

This Booster Pump water intake from raw water tank, enter into Sand/ Carbon Filter with automatical controller, and softener with generation brine tank refill, the softener will be used for raw water with high hardness, The effluent from Softener then enter into cartridge filter with 5micron as good pretreatment of RO system.
The frist stage RO high pressure pump, with 1.3MPa working pressure, 2 units brackish RO 8040 Membrane, design recovery rate at 70%, that the capacity will be around 1.4m3/Hour.

The 2nd stage RO System, high pressure pump, with 1.1MPa working pressure, 2 units low pressure RO 8040 Membrane, design recovery rate at 90%, that the capacity will be around 1.26m3/Hour, and the concentration water can return to 1st RO System input raw water tank.
The EDI System for making high purity water, the EDI feed water Conductivity: ≤10μ S/cm, and resistivity of permeate water ≥15.2MΩ.cm, the concentration of EDI system can return to 1st RO System tank.
